Badastory Restaurant

Our Story

Bada Story Restaurant (“story of the sea”) was established in 2010 and has been providing premium fish selections and side dishes (skidashi) to our customer, who visit our Fort Lee enclave from many places in the tri-state area and from locations even farther beyond.

Many of our key ingredients including live fish are imported by air transport, twice a week, from South Korea, flown by airplanes on the same day as they are caught and brought into the Port of Busan.  From the Port of Busan, they make their way to an airplane, and are flown directly to New York City’s JFK Airport, and brought to our store location, inside salt water containers.  Once they arrive here, the live fish, sea squirts and other sea creatures are preserved in one of several salt-water aqua tanks, where they continue to live until they are selected to be served to our customers. Our customers are assured the freshest and finest hwar-uh fish selections at their tables.
